Fort Defiance H.S. Cross Country Home Page

The Fort Defiance "Fighting Indians" cross country teams are members of the Virginia High School League (VHSL), and compete at the Group AA level in the nine-team Valley District and in Region II.

Fort Defiance High School is located in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley in Fort Defiance, Virginia, off U.S. Route 11 eight miles north of the city of Staunton.
