LONGING TO SEE HIS FACE
His beauty was looked upon by many,
And He loved them one and all.
He never tried to force them,
When on their hearts He'd call.
He showered them with love and kindness,
No man can ever explain,
Why He was so willing to take the beating,
That caused Him such suffering and pain.
He was led to the cross of Calvary,
Knowing very well He would die,
Not once disobeying His Father,
And not once asking Him why.
When it was done and He gave up the ghost,
He saved us by His grace,
But Praise God He has risen!
Once again we'll see the,
Beauty of His face.
