BARS-----------A. Advance and Retire
8--------------Dancers advance and retire with the promenade step two times.

---------------B. Change sides
4--------------(a) Women dance sevens facing each other into the opposite womance place. All dance two threes.
4--------------(b) Repeat with men dancing to the opposite mans face and all dance two threes.

---------------C. Down the floor
8-------------Gentleman takes opposite ladie's right hand. All dance sevens to the gentleman's right followed by two threes. Then dance sevens back into place followed by two threes.

---------------D. Swing around
8-------------(a) Dancers take own partners hand and swing all the way around the circle, meeting the next couple and thus the dance progresses.
