Below is the Receipt that I received when I purchased the Key for "the man's" use "if something should happen to me". Same Receipt was varified Saturday June 3, 2000 at same hardware store by a store managing clerk as their receipt with their hardware purchase code with the price that is charged for a key at their store!
Same Key purchased was then taken back to the storage with "the man" and his brother-in-law and was tested in the lock of the locker that he leased from the storage company and I subleased from him. He was satisfied that he had a working key at that time!
