We have been locked out of this web site due to Angelfire space reduction standards. They changed our limits from 50 Meg to 20 Meg. We were at about
31 Meg. We exceeded the limit and were locked out until we could reduce our file sizes and find another location to put them into. They did not immediately grant us access on 8-8-2002 and we just noted we could get in and make additions to this site today.

Please note that this motion prevented my trial on July 30, 2002. It is to be answered by
Naperville on or about August 20, 2002 and I will have 10 days to reply to their answer. That
should be by August 30, 2002. I understand the hearing date is to be on September 17, 2002 before Judge Dwyer but it will probably be transferred since content of the motion also involves Judge Dwyer.
More details on the evolution of this case coming as soon as I can get it up here.
One sad note, my notebook computer is down and it looks like I may have to replace it. It being eight years old may make parts availability and service information almost impossible to obtain. It may be cheaper to buy an "new" old one. I will thus be delayed on extracting data articles already written that are on it's hard drive.
Anyone who can help in regards to the computer notebook scenario will be appreciated!

I have a bit to get done but have been doing it usually high atop Lisle's Eagle's Nest, my Camp David where nature helps one to think! I will keep you posted! Thanks!

Please don’t misinterpret my actions and inactions toward you and your sister My Very Very Special Friend and Love! Please get that negativism that STUD put in you out! Misinterpretations are the way the Evil one, the Lion who roams about seeking whom he may devour, destroys friendships that just should not have failed.
I am not coming to you as a “holier than thou” as I said to the head priest but I come to protect, warn and help you to avoid the deceptions of STUD and his divisiveness. I do this with much love and concern for you who I consider my friend. I cannot forget the kindness you and your sister extended to me and the friendship we shared especially since December 21, 2001 through January 2002 and perhaps something on and around June 18, 2002 and a week or so there after too! I cannot get that spirit of hospitality and friendship in Love and LOVE you shared with me out of my being. I continue to pray With you and For you.
I continue to uplift you and your sister to the Lord of Lords and that you will be healed from the abuse you have taken from STUD and politicos in the church as well as in the police department and community.
You have been deceived by people who knew exactly what they were doing! They should not be allowed to control your perceptions of me. Use your own experiences with me, what I have said and done NOT what STUD and “company” have devised you to believe. This same advice in Love I offer your sister as well.
I took you at face value and you took me at face value and we had a growing friendship until jealous and selfish people intercepted our fellowship.
Please pray on these things and let the joy of the Lord that seems so evident in your picture in your web sited on the web, the one with you and Cathy at church.

Please keep in mind that when STUD took you over in body, mind and spirit he ruptured any positive relationship or perception thereof between us in you. That was his selfish intent. He could not stand to see you be happy with someone else much less happy in the Lord. If he would have been unselfish he would not have caused and lured you into violating the very precepts you committed to at confirmation. He simply “pulled the wool over your eyes”.
I was straight up with you. I just don’t understand the logic that dumps one who really cares about you for someone who sucks you into bed and other things for short lived cheap thrills that confuses and disorients you to your goals in life, hopes and dreams and damages your self esteem and reputation in your own estimation not to mention your public’s estimation and causes your mental efficiencies at work to fall off and then leads you to make you think it is his love for you so he can in fact avoid a jail sentence. I still believe this was a very sly insidious slick DATE RAPE My Very Very Special Friend and Love! He simply tricked you and worked you over! Ask him how many others there have been while he was leading you on and whispering “sweet nothings” in your ears! I don’t think he wants to talk about that!
Ask me how many others there have been since I have met you and I will tell you. You know what that answer is. I have kept my self-reserved for you considering the possibility you and I would get closer. I think any women that I have met will tell you that. I think women can tell when a guy is locked in on a special friend without saying a word. I think STUD hoodwinked you!
STUD is a Roman Catholic all right, Roman as in “Roaming” catholic. Ask him. Is that chaste is that honorable to your commitment? Is that honorable to your friends much less a God of LOVE?
Is he not trying to suck you into a similar life style so he can feel good about himself? You know, the misery loves company scenario. I think so and I think he will lead you into worse things yet not to mention your sister of whom you seemed to love dearly in the past.
Is it possible that Harold King and his agents deliberately interfered with our relationship for the purposes of rupturing our relationship, our friendship? Is it possible that he encouraged you to go ahead with your relationship in spite of your vows? Is it possible he gave STUD bad demonic advice but surely the advice STUD wanted to hear? You know, his going to anyone that has tried to undo me to see if he could further the effort so he could further dominate you and isolate you so you would never get to know the real me and the blessings the Lord has or prior had for you with me!
Harold King blew me up because I would not take on his daughter. He has and is using every avenue he can to finish the job along with his agents it appears to me. I believe he has been doing this for the last thirty years. It is my opinion he has consistently, along with his likeminded agents, been deliberately lying about my faith, my work ethic, my business quality, destroying my romances and friendships. As you see he as succeeded in, for all practical purposes, driving me into shut down and almost into nonexistence! SELAH!
I think he and his agents have used STUD because STUD needed to get rid of me because I saw through his game with using you! Check out their Methods of Operation. I think you will find that they are almost identical. Note how they isolate and ax people out of their life scenarios and make up stories about them. SELAH!
Remember that I had NO choice but to communicate the evils with which STUD was doing you in on my web site because you would not let me communicate with you directly, via e-mail, secured web pages or mail. I just cannot understand why you would not let me privately communicate with you in one or more of those ways! I just can’t understand what someone said, even myself, that would have cut the friendship so suddenly, absolutely and so devastatingly! I just can’t understand it. PLEASE let me in on the big secret. Remember what I said in the taped messages I left you!
I had to do something to wake you and your sister up to what STUD was getting you into in such a very subtle way. We were friends weren’t we? Aren’t friends to help each other out and protect each other?
As you have known I have plead with you several times to let me talk or write privately even via the priest but you say you don’t want to talk with me even if the police did not say you should not talk to me! Let me know why! I am dumb founded, befuddled and in shock! Is this the way you would want to be treated if you and I were in reverse rolls or circumstances?
STUD is a master at taking me and my actions and inactions out of context. It is also interesting that many of those that STUD has had contact with at church also seem to have adopted a similar tilt like a certain neighbor across the street from the church that regularly calls the police with malicious claims against me!
Really, people that I have never met in my life prior and they are grinding an ax against me. I never did them any harm yet they make up stories and this usually happens after STUD has been around them!
My Very Very Special Friend and Love are we and were we not Soul Mates? Did not we connect and bond on December 21, 2001 and even after STUD was mauling you sexually and gradually conditioning you and taking over your heart, mind and spirit poisoning you to believe it was love and poisoning you against me?
Does Love ask you to violate your own basic standards and vows? I THINK NOT! Did I ask you to do that or did I adhere to your standards as any true caring gentleman and friend would?
Is that poisoning not expressed in your shortness, (you know, your telling me that if I did not have the computer work wrapped up by the time you got back upstairs from your storage room you would pull the plug. Thankfully you did not follow through with it but I guess that did not help much anyway.), on the wrap up the last Sunday morning, c. January 20, 202, I was overnight in your home? Was it not also resultant of your cutting me out of your life between January 24 and 27, 2002?
Was it not also expressed in the admonishment that you gave me when we were talking theology that one night before I hardly got a word out of my mouth and you tersely cut me off and told me to keep to things like love in ones life and what it was doing for people rather than scriptural admonishments and points of order when you really did not even know what I was going to say while in STUD's presence? Did not STUD bias you as to what I was about theologically. Did he not say that I was an old fogy that did not know what he was talking about or that I was a legalist getting into deep theological things that no one wants to hear or argue about. Again, even before you knew what I was going to say?! Did he not poison you with a predisposition about me and my intents before you could even find out that I really was not as he said I was.....what a deceiver! I think this happened the last night I was at your home Sunday, January 20, 2002. Nearly everything fell apart that weekend in the trust and kindness department little by little and as I see it STUD was the sand in the oil hiding just under the surface laughing his head off seeing someone in pain and us getting into it if you will slowly and insidiously destroying our bonding and Soul Mate friendship!

I think it is important for you to know that what ever happened between you and STUD and the fallout was wrong by your own high standards. What I thin is even more important is to note that STUD took advantage of you. He used his longer acquaintance with you as a way to manipulate you into thinking his sexually intimate relationship was ok with God. The more he involved you and you involved yourself the less sensitive you became to the fact that it was just plain wrong. Anyone who tried to wake you up was anathema!
You knew better but he, like a juggernaut, caught you off guard and by surprise at a time when you were very vulnerable, as in this case, during the Christmas holiday season when loneliness often sets in with many many people especially when people you planned to be with could not get back to you.
You were waiting for me and he stole the show steamrollering you whispering “sweet nothings” in your ears and seduced you pressing all your sexual “buttons” as he was coached to do so to get control over you and into intimacy with you that you had pledged prior to involve yourself only after the Holy Sacrament of Marriage.
STUD “blew all your fuses” and had you like putty in the “palm of his hand” or “wrapped around his little finger” at his erotic sexual beck and call! Yes, his sex slave. SELAH!
Take a look at the Sunday Chicago SunTimes about two weeks ago. I believe it was August 18, 2002. Look especially at the article on how the Mob, the “Outfit”, seduces women to become sex slaves. Check out how they are eventually treated and lured into things of which they never planned!
STUD took advantage of your seven-month implicit trust cushion and used you! He continues to use you one way or another! He took advantage of your unfamiliarity with American men’s sexual tactics being that you are from overseas!
STUD lied to me about the relationship he had with you and sucked my heart out while sucking yours out!
Simply put he tried to destroy me because I saw through his sham! He knew you had interest in me and knowing we would “hit it off” he poisoned you against me cheating you out of the blessing the Lord could give you through me! He did not want you to get the opportunity to have something better. How selfish!
That’s how much he loves you!
I know it is hard but you should have trusted the Lord in me as I would not nor will I deliberately deceive you.
STUD has deliberately deceived and is deceiving you. Don’t let his intimate “loving making” and cleverness fool you into thinking he Loved and Loves you!
Has he apologized to you? If he has it was only for his gain because he certainly has not apologized to me, the other half of the friendship that was offended and burned and violated too.
Oh, he says he has done penance for his wrongful acts! He fools you as he has not followed through with the follow through of true contrition and that is reconciliation. Putting back things in proper order and salving the damaged people, all the damaged people, he has wounded. He has NOT undone his wrongs and put your friendship not to mention our business arrangement back on track. His apology to you, if any, is a fraud. He has not taken care of the “ought” against his “brother” and violated and continues to violate the requirements of Holy Eucharist another sacrament he has blown. He is and will suffer the effects of Matthew 18:1-17 and Acts 5:1-11 in Gods own timing just like I have written in my articles referencing those verses.
Pray hard on these things as like I said before these things not dealt with properly now will scar and fester in the future and make your life miserable. Please let the Love of the Lord help you to see my good will and His good will through me. Don’t overlook or ignore this very special opportunity.
Remember, I have put my hard earned money, $500.00 minimally, where my mouth is. SELAH!
