I'm continuing to pray that you will nip the STUD inspired and instigated Lisle litigation in the bud and save us both a lot of embarrassment, additional work and time off work not to mention needless additional mental and emotional distress!

Of curiosity....Are we on the same frequency? How do you and I end up wearing the same or nearly the same colors,( coat, shirt/blouse etc)so frequently each morning to Mass? Think about that one My Very Very Special Friend and Love! I think that is intriguing!

UPDATE 10-21-2002 @ 5:15 P.M.:........ FYI.....

Here is the latest folks!

A "bit" of Murphy's Law today! The bicycle's rear wheel spokes are a problem again and I went nowhere much to day except on foot. No Mass, no prayer chapel just prayer on the fly!

Some vital property was lost this morning in transit to the train station. It has not been found yet. It is certainly untimely to happen.

I am still in progress trying to produce the copious notes for further evidence due in court in Wheaton tomorrow morning.

However, with the interruptions of Jail earlier this month, the bicycle transportation problems,(I may have a long walk in the morning), harassment from Naperville on the location of my cart and totes with a deadline given for last Sunday, (Perhaps Mr. Francis Cuneo, chief prosecutor for the City of Naperville knows something about this provocative and devisive timing!!!), time taken to prepare communications to the mayor regarding the property issues, follow up to him, and the property loss this morning, (bizarre), and the follow-up in dealing with that, I am quite delayed. Duplication and replacement of the lost items is just more money spent that could have been better used elsewhere!

So all is being played by "ear".

My Very Very Special Friend and Love has not responded to my pleas to nip the Lisle litigation in the bud as far as I know so I am also preparing for the hearing on Thursday morning in Downers Grove field court.

Too much at once folks but that is not unusual these days now is it!

I just plan on riding the "bronco" out!

I will keep you posted!

UPDATE 10-21-2002 @ 5:51 P.M.:........My Very Very Special Friend and Love!

Sorry that I missed you this weekend. I just could not get in soon enough Saturday morning due to the wheel problems on the bike. I just could not do much better Sunday. I wanted to sing in the classical choir at 8:30 but got in about fifteen minutes late. I had no music even if I went up to the loft late only to find out that the door to the music room was ajar and I could have gotten it but found that out after the fact. The 8:30 choir was just not to be for me yesterday! I sat in the audience in front of the choir so they knew I did not forget about them!

I sang in the contemporary choir at ten as usual however.

I did not see you Sunday at all. I hope you got in for one of the Masses.

I did not get into Mass this morning as you note in the update above. I missed coming as you know I did.

I probably will not be coming in much this week as it stands right now unless I get some relief from the Murphy's Law!!!

I am and will still keep you in prayer...praying with you and for you even out here in the "sticks"!!!!

Another hearing in the Naperville case is tomorrow morning in courtroom 4010 in Wheaton at 8:30 AM.

They are trying to deny my motion for change of venue due to the fact I walked into the wrong court room last Tuesday fomenting another Bench Warrant.

Yes, I was arrested out of the court room again as in the Dorta case. Fortunately the Bond Court Judge Wednesday morning recognized me from the Lisle arrest hearing and listened to the facts I presented and agreed that I should not be detained any longer and let me walk on my own personal recognizance in lieu of the original $1,000 bond that, yes, Judge Burke, the same judge that kept me in jail in his $7,500 bond hearing on approximately November 12, 1998 when I was incarcerated for almost 27 days in a case with a non-jailable penalty. Judge Burke was to have recused himself and yet acted in this case improperly.

More on this later as time permits. Much to do and not enough hours on the clock!!!
