Yes, as you can see I am alive and well in spite of the deep freeze we are having in the Chicago area of the Midwest!

Yes, I was able to get it! By the "skin of my teeth" I was able to eak by and had just enough cash to, yes, get the 40 Gig hard drive!!! I was left with barely enough "pocket cash" for coffee and survived to talk about it! It is a big plus to have purchased this drive. It is certainly a GREAT way to start this New Year! A definite positive, plus! A BIG thanks to those of you who helped this come to pass. Your help has been GREATLY appreciated!

I am currently working on getting some of the technical details taken care of to get the hard drive on line at this time. My Windows 95 system crashed about a week ago or so just after I had just peaked it up. It was indicating that everything was working at 32-bit capacity and that the computer was optimally configured. I rebooted the computer to permanentize the settings selected and it came up with error messages indicating massive loss of *.vxd control files. I have been able to access the computer via Real Mode DOS command line but the actual windows program will not set up. Unfortunately when I run Windows setup it tells me that I need another 2.3 Meg of space on the host C: drive in order to run setup. It "never" fails!

Unfortunately Windows does not provide a DriveSpace program that works from the dos line. Apparently, you can only change the size of your host and compressed drives from within the Windows platform. I am looking at some third party programs that might let me do otherwise. I have yet to get the Windows system up on the notebook computer due to a menagerie of unforeseen problems lurking in the Windows software of issue. Setup seems to be the only way to get around the problem after I am able to format the new 40 Gig drive and transfer the compressed drive to it.

In order to get the new drive formatted it looks like I will either have to attach it directly to the notebook and format it, which will require some special wiring to make the connections line up or I will have to use another computer to hook it up to and format it that way. The hitch is finding the hardware or designing it. It looks like it will be a number of days before I can actually start using the new hard drive and get my systems running realistically. The drive can also be used via a PCMCIA adaptor that also needs to be recognized from within Windows. So getting Windows up and running is imperative before anything else can happen normally!

In another vein I will repeat last years first of the year update on my legal pursuits:

"I, by the way, have also been doing research and some precursory preparation on some Federal litigation that apparently will be necessary to launch. Time will tell! One thing for sure is that when I take the Defendants to court they will be taken on the basis of Christians before a Christian Judge and Spiritual ethics invoked accordingly. No loop holes, no digressing. Matthew Chapter 18, verses 1 through 17, Acts Chapter 5, verses 1 through 11 and Matthew 5 integrated with Federal and State Law will be the platform from which I intend to be working."

I am continuing in the above context as is Love given humanly possible! Circumstances have certainly gotten too far out of hand in these bizarre scenarios! Please stay tuned!

Another Equipment Update. In this update I will attempt to let you know just how successful setting up my systems have been and what goals have been achieved since my first equipment report and update. I will present them via links so you have context and then list current and revised goals for, hopefully, the near future!

An update on the false arrest scenario that took place at the Naperville train station last November 17, 2001.

Also updates on the Naperville Park District's efforts late this last year to likewise entangle yours truly in similar arrest scenarios as was experienced at the Naperville train station!

UPDATE 1-29-2002 @ 7:53 P.M.: BREAKING NEWS PENDING..... PLEASE NOTE MY SPECIAL EMERGENCY PRAYER NOTICE!!!

Folks, there is more news to be put up here but I am in quite a back log due to e-mail reports and Police communications and due to unexpected loss of arrangements made with me for the improvement of my computerization.

Due to the loss of private facilities for my desktop computerization my plans have come to a screeching halt. What this means is that I will have to wait additional time before I can reinstall Windows 95 on my Notebook computer and set up my 40 Gig hard drive and recover and organize my floppy files onto the hard drive. I will also not be able to deliver on computers promised in reciprocation for their prior kindnesses. No question my efficiencies have been greatly impeded.

I am and will be trying to renegotiate those options but that will need time, patience, understanding and willing open minded communication. Nonetheless this loss has had an effect of undoing all the good that it did before.

I am hoping and praying that I will be able to resume an amicable and even a more fruitful and effective relationship in the near future and get things on track again!

UPDATE 1-31-2002 @ 11:38 A.M.: FOLLOW UP NEWS.....

It is very apparent that my friends and I are being stalked. It is very apparent that phone call stalking is being used. Phone calls are being made to my friends' homes and businesses in which suggestive and deviate allegations about my character are being lodged. It is very apparent that these parties are trying to break up and destroy any and all relationships, business or personal, that I have. It is clear to me that these people are extremely vicious, jealous, selfish, dirty minded and most likely deviant in their own personal conduct. Yes, the Big Black Pot Calling The Little White Kettle Black!

There is strong evidence that suggests they intimidate the recipient of the trash information. That if they don't "comply" in a way that would be a traditionally natural reaction to the information that they gave you, that they too will become the victim of such networking. They seem to have a strange nonverbal way of communicating this threat. In other words you abandon your friend, or refuse to serve him or allow him in your establishment or facility or you will also get the "heat" seems to be the modus operandi in some cases.

On January 1-19-2002 at about 12:16 PM someone committed a criminal act when they illegally accessed my e-mail carrier when they sat down at my terminal in the library where my coat was hanging on its chair. They willfully and wantonly sat in that chair knowing they were looking at someone else's e-mail and terminal information.

The account had been logged out but for some strange reason they were able to back into it. That is not supposed to happen but it did. It is believed that they obtained phone numbers of parties with whom I am communicating. This took place while I was in the community room of the Nichols Library in Naperville looking over the legacy computer equipment on sale.

If you were in the library computer lab and saw this person sitting at my terminal,(specifically the "FRED" terminal), please contact me and the police.

It is further believed based on information and belief that this person or persons networked and called at least one party especially close to me. It is believed that they used chicanery and guile to lead this close party away from me with false allegations of my past conduct and character.

Please be aware. Don't believe them. Let me know the who, when, what, where and why these people may have contacted you. Let me know the specific content of what they are saying.

If you get such a call have it tagged by Ameritech or your carrier as an abusive call and notify the police. If you have caller ID make a record of the number that comes up. If it does not come up tag it anyway.

If you have tape recordings save them and contact me and the police and give us COPIES. It is important to stop this low life criminal conduct before theY destroy their objectives and that is me and you and our friendship.

If these persons approach you with similar information note the time, place, face, vehicle or mode of transportation they use and license number. Try to photograph their image in your memory and reduce it to a drawing as best you can. Of course, if you just happen to have a camera with you, use it!

There has definitely been a meticulous and systematic pattern of conduct of this above type of conduct for a number of years and it most often focuses on breaking up my personal relationships. Please share with me any experiences you may have had regarding me.

If these persons have already done their dirty work please remember and share with me and the police anything you can recall or provide. It is imperative that we coordinate our efforts so to save a whole lot of heartache and suffering and sorrow on both sides.

Simply put these people are trying to crush me, my spirit and destroy me and literally put me in a mental institution. I don't care who they are, or how friendly, spiritual, influential or authoritative they may seem. Just obtain the info and get it to me and the police.
