Limit Breaks List
To gain new limit breaks you have to use the Latest limit that character got in a battle, and it has to either kill the monster with the limit break or win forty battles and have that character do the killing attack... if its a non-offensive (like Aeris) then just use it till it levels up...
Limit Level 1, Break Number 2, Times Used To Gain Break: 10
Limit Level 2, Break Number 2, Times Used To Gain Break: 8
Limit Level 3, Break Number 2, Times Used To Gain Break: 6
Except for Vincent and Cait Sith Vincent gets 1 Limit Break per level and Cait Sith only gets 2 Limit Breaks total.

How to get the fourth limit break...
to get to the 'cave man' cave get the Buggy, drive into Junon with it, go to the Cargo boat, ride on it. and then go out of Junon, you will have the Buggy then, drive around till you find the cave...
Go to the cave southeast of midgar and find a cave go in there and talk to the man on the bed and get the orb from him (have to have the same last digits of number of battles like: 144 battles) might take awhile just go in and out and talk to him till he gives it to you, then go to the blacksmith talk to him give him the orb and he will let you open a chest open the metal one, (the gold one has a gold armlet in it)... but to get here you have to go to Corel Del Sol, ride the boat across and then you will have the buggy still and go across somewhere till you find a cave near Midgar... this is where you get the Mythril...

Go to Nibleheim and enter the mansion go up to the safe and put this
combination in: Right 36; Left 10; Right 59; Right 97
(Note: have to be exact meaning you cant go to Right 37 then turn back to 36 if
that happens then you have to start over, you cant go over or under the
number... Also get the key to where you get Vincent in the safe, you have to
fight a miniboss too...)

How to get the fourth limit break...
You must visit the waterfall on both Discs 2 and 3, go there with Vincent in your party enter you will see a story line then, (you have to use the sub to get to the waterfall... its where the ancient key is at go up and you will be at the waterfall...)
After that and you are on the third disc go back there enter and you will get Vincents Final Weapon and last limit Break...
