How to get Vincent
go to Nibleheim (anytime in the game you can get there...) enter the mansion go to the safe and put in this combination Right 36; Left 10; Right 59; Right 97 but you have to be exact on the numbers meaning you cant go over or under a number and turn back to it if this happens then you have to start over... when the safe is open you have to fight a Boss it has 8,000 hps, so maybe have your levels up to 20 or 30 when you fight him... after you kill him you get RedXIII's last limit break item but get the key from the safe go down to the basement go to the door you couldnt enter before, go to the casket open it and talk to vincent he will ask you to leave talk to him again and he will ask you to leave again leave and when you are walking he will come out and say he will join you...
How to get Yuffie
Either, go to the island where the Temple of the Ancients is, or south of Cosmo Canyon on the place south of that island... wander around in the grass area till you find a Ninja Girl defeat her and you will be at a place where she is on the ground, don't go to the save point if you do she will leave talk to her and answer choice 2 first, then just mostly answer the questions so it seems like your ignoring her but when she says she is gonna leave answer 'Wait a Second!' and then she will say she will join then for the last one choose 'leave without asking her name...' she will run after you then...
Thats how you get Yuffie and Vincent...
