  No inning starts after 1 hour a maximum of 1 hour and 15 minute time limit. All teams must exit the playing field BY the time the 1 hour and 15 minutes expires. Each team and player must be registered with and insured by SPN for  2001, with an executed Waiver/Agreement on file for each player and coach.  Only rostered players & coaches permitted on the playing field.   If tournament schedule is behind at the discretion of the Umpire each batter will start with a count of 2 balls and 1 strike.

  45 seconds after an out or last out of an inning, teams must be prepared to play. If the Umpire calls Play Ball, and teams are not ready-penalty strike-batting team, ball-defending team.

  Restricted flight ball (Worth Grey Dot) in use. Balls supplied by Umpire.

  No Grace.  Teams must be prepared to start up to 1/2 hour early.

  Double 1st Base

  Balls and Strikes called by Umpire (NO MAT)

  Maximum seven (7) courtesy runners. Runner can run only once.

  Home Team denoted by schedule or order of finish

  Out can be made off of roof.

  Anticipation step allowed, after ball crosses plate

  Mercy Rule. 15 runs after FIVE (5) innings

  Commitment Line in effect.

  Match Plus 2 Home Run Rule-over limit-penalty out.

 No player shall enter the "Playing Field" defined as all areas defined as the "Soccer Pitches or Golf Range", to include any area(s) that are widely accepted as the "Golf Range", until instructed to by the Soccer/Golf Range Attendant or Manager of the day. Any Player entering the "Playing Field" prior to direction from the Attendant or Manager of the day shall immediately be suspended from the days play and will leave the property. Any resistance by said Player to the decision of the Attendant or Manager of the day shall result in Default of the day's game(s) for the Players Team and a minimum three game suspension for said player. No batted infield. No infield after the first inning.

 Players shall warm-up in the designated warm-up area only. No hitting is allowed in the warm-up area. Any player warming-up outside of the designated area is subject to the same conditions and penalties as "Entering the Playing Field" as defined above.

 Unlimited Batting order. Maximum TEN (10) players on the field at any time. If a player is removed from the game due to injury, ejection, etc., and no substitution is available; than an AUTOMATIC OUT will be recorded when player is due to bat. May start to bat with less than EIGHT (8), but must have EIGHT to take the field. You may add players if first batter has not batted twice. You MUST finish with EIGHT (8). If playing with only nine or eight, there will be 1 or 2 automatic outs.

 Uniforms-matching tops mandatory-Penalty-OUT.

 

THE CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL, REFRESHMENTS, FOOD, GUM, SUNFLOWER SEEDS, AND CHEWING TOBACCO ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE PLAYING FIELD. YOUR TEAM WILL BE SUSPENDED WITHOUT COMPENSATION.
