VILLAINS

Every great show must have great villains. These two are the regular villains. Meaning they don't know when to quit and the Rovers must continue to kick their behinds until it finally clicks in their brain that they aren't winning. Sheesh.

Parvo

(NOTE: General Parvo is voiced by Jim Cummings. Al would just like ya to know!)
The one that kidnapped the Master's dog some time ago is back. His idea is to use the Transdogmafier and create horrible animal mutants to control the world. If that plan don't work he'll figure out another way to get the planet under his control. He's a regular Einstein, this guy! A word of caution: In case you haven't guessed, Parvo isn't one of Mother Nature's best friends.

Groomer

Behind every great villain there's a great, but under-appreciated flunky. This girl is NOT the kinda groomer you'd wanna take your pet to! She loves to torment animals. Just to see them in pain probably makes her heart leap for joy. Groomer is very loyal to Parvo. She scrambles around satisfying his every need. Which is weird because he's always blaming, yelling, or degrading her. Go figure.
