Mr. Penguin - Defeat him in the training season
Damien - Complete the entire Story Mode
Mr. Dog - complete the Shoot Cross skill test

Hidden Modes
Expert Mode - To unlock "Expert" mode Complete the "Story" mode. In expert mode you can earn boards with special powers.
