Secret Levels

Funktown - Place first in every race on Downtown, Candyland, The Deep, and Soft Sun Bay to get the secret level, "Funktown".

Tetricity - Win first place on every race in Funktown to get "Tetricity".

Sun Soft Canyon - Win first place on every race in Tetricity to get "Soft Sun Canyon".

Patchwork - Win first place on every race in Soft Sun Canyon to get "Patchwork".

Kiki Woods - Win first place on every race in Patchwork to get "Kiki Woods".

Beat that level and you will get a message saying that you need to beat the level on Hard Mode to get more secrets.

Quick Tips

Climbing Help: If you want to get first on the tracks where you have to climb really fast or you'll get last place (e.g the Bug Trousers track) then there is a move that will help you up. Keep pressing R (or B+A but R jumps and grapples) and either left+up or right+up (diagnal). If you can climb fast using that technique and you can stay ahead of the other players you will win (unless they catch up to you on the final lap).

Get out of Snow Balls:
This trick will help you not to slow down. There is two ways:

1. Use your turbo and waste one
2. press down and save a turbo

Get Enemies out of Your Way: If and enemy is in your way there is 6 ways to get them out of your way.

1. After you run into them run into them again and they will go flying up in the air.
2. Run into them with star power.
3. Shoot them with a blue projectile.
4. Throw them off the edge.
5. Shoot your grapling hook into them (it may stun them or you will throw them behind you.
6. jump over them.

Finish the Race if You Are Far Behind: If you are in 4th place, you probably aren't going to finish and you have a heli-grapple then you can use it to get into 3rd or 4th (you can only get into 3rd if the person in 3rd hasn't finished)

Refill Boost Meter: Tap JUMP while on a boost platform to refill your boost meter.

Secret Characters

Here is how to get the secret characters. Beat any of the following courses getting 100 points: Downtown, Candyland, The Deep, Soft Sun Bay, Funktown, Tetricity, Soft Sun Canyon, and Patch Work. Each time course you beat you'll get a secret character (selected by random). Here's a list of the possible secret characters to get:
