Description: Cooper screams typical. He is of average height, Weight, and has no distinguishing characteristics. He has dark brown hair styled short, and brown eyes. He is an average everyday plain guy.

Personality: D. B. is a play by his own rules type. He dislike's authority, and hates power mongers and bullies. A closet thrill seeker, he likes to push life to the max, and live every moment like it may be his last. His wit is sharp, but when need be he can turn on the charm. He never gets mad, and can lie better then a politician.
Special Talents/Abilities: Cooper is a mere mortal. His ability is that of a very high quality cat burglar. He keeps in shape, and is extremely agile and quick. He has an extensive knowledge of safes, security systems, etc.
He also has fast hands for pick pocketing, shell games, and all the neat tools of his trade. It should be known he has a good knowledge of electronics and computers.

History: D. B. Cooper was born in New York City. A child of poverty, he grew up around the petty gangs and slums of Brooklyn. His father left shortly after he was born, and his mother was a poor Irish immigrant.
In his early teens, he hooked up with "Lucky" O'Brien a two bit hustler. They became close when Cooper saved him from a beating by a couple of beat cops by convincing them he was the mayors nephew.

O'Brien took him to a an known only as the Phantom. He was Lucky's dad. The senior O'Brien took cooper in and trained him in the skills of burglary. It was an easy way to help support his ailing mother, it was fun, and he was good at it.

By eighteen he was regarded as the best rookie ever seen. At twenty one he heisted a 1 million dollar diamond from the secure vault of one Vincent "The Fish" Matuso. By twenty five he was the second most notorious and expensive thief on the market. He traveled across the world plying his trade to business exec's, mafia bosses, and various governments. (Though he kept to his rules of never getting involved with government spying or the likes.)

Recently, Cooper stole a file disc of Victor Braun Hausen, He is a master vampire and aide to the European Council. They were less then pleased. The file contained a vast number of of vampires slated as enemies of the council, and would fetch a nice price on the open market.

To his relief, so much is unknown about Cooper and his true identity (And rumored that even he himself has forgotten what is fact or fiction.) that he was safe.

That is until he emerges to sell the disc.

Instead, Cooper has come to Midnight Bay to lie low. In his mind he will never let the disc resurface, assuring his safety. In his mind he has officially retired to live off of his substantial savings.
