This show featured Sevendust, GODSMACK, Kid Rock, Secondcoming, and One Minute Silence. This was the first time I had the privelege to see Godsmack in concert, and let me tell you, it rocked! I don't remember what song they opened with, but they played a really decent set with 35 minutes of stage time. They were the reason I drove all the way to Hartford after school. And it was worth every second. They played "Moon Baby", "Whatever", "Keep Away", "Immune", "Time Bomb" and a couple of others. After the show, me and my friends walked around to the stage door and convinced the security guard to let us in. I couldn't believe he let us in. I thought it was a friggin' trick or something. But, sure enough, it wasn't. And I spent to rest of the night backstage with GODSMACK and Sevendust. Luckily, I had a ripped up GODSMACK poster in my pocket, so Godsmack and Sevendust signed it for me. I was blown away by it. It was so cool. The week after I couldn't get it out of my mind.
