Saving Private Ryan

This is the story of four men who have to search for a private
Ryan so he wont have to die like his two brothers did in battle.
This is one of the most somber three hours I have ever spent in a
theatre. It is like a technicolr Longest Day . Tom Hanks is
wonderful as the comanding officer who has to find a needle in a
haystack. The men Fight the enemy troops in order to save the
private. Several men die in the process of looking for the
private The story has a strange twist to it and it does end
happily. The violence is as graphic as they say it is. The
technicolor looks kind of washed out. I think that is what Mister
Spielberg had in mind. It is by far the best movie ive seen this
year. I think it will win for best picture
