Pen & Ink: This was quite a time-consuming piece to do as most of the picture
is done using pointillism, or stippling. The hardest part for me
was the fact that the most powerful thing in the picture,
ie: the wave as it explodes against the rock, actually has the most negative values.
I kept wanting to draw the wave in, instead of just building everything else up around it.
