(D)初選10次免費練習

(D) Free Practice Preliminary Booking

Each enrolment or the race is entitled to 10 sessions of free practice (each session being 1 hour, held in May and June). Please " v " 10 time slots of practice as your first choice and put a 〝 X 〞for another 4 as your 2nd choice. After each team file in the preliminary practise option sheet then a finalized time-table for practices will be worked out by the Association and sent to all participating teams for confirmation. Demand for additional practices due to absence and change of practice date will not be allowed. Early application is appreciated and may be granted priority.

Any team canceling the booked practice time slot should inform the organiser in advance and early, so as to allow for arrangement of substitution and saving of resources.

每隊在報名時獲分配十節免費練習(每節一小時，五、六月份舉行)。請於附夾的時間表(D1, D2)中自行預先選定十次「首選」練習時間﹝以「v」代表﹞及四次「次選」練習時間﹝以「X」代表﹞。之後再由本會編配, 稍後另行通知。既經編定練習時間, 如缺席者, 不得要求加補時間及更改時間。請盡早填寫表格寄回, 並可獲優先編配。

任何隊伍若有意取消原已預訂之練習時間,請盡早知會本會為要,以便安排其他隊伍填補,減少浪費資源。
