Uncertain Ends
The days are winding down
The end is near in sight
The hours seem endless though
Days seem to go on forever
The stars in the nights sky
Become blurry to your eyes
Because you are thinking too fast
But of the same things
Over, and over and over again
The same words keep repeating
Haunting your mind, haunting your soul
Worst of all, haunting your heart
"The end is coming. The end is coming"
Say the voices over and over again
But you don't know what the end holds
You know where the end is
But not weather to fear it for your life
Or weather to welcome it
Like the way a mother welcomes her sons
Or a shepherd a lost sheep
The anticipation of the end is nerve racking
Never once before did such uncertainty
Cause such strife and aggravation
Signs of the end taunt you undauntingly
Each sign makes you question your certainty
Of weather the end is good or bad
Your ideas change like the positions of the clouds
And as you come nearer and the end
You just close your eyes and try to forget about it
But you can't and decide all that's uncertain
Has always been for the worse
And so must this uncertain ending be
So as the bell tolls, and the figure comes into sight
You realize that nothing with them could ever be bad
And you joyfully and happily run to their arms
And all that was uncertain becomes certain
And all that was feared is forgotten
For when you're in their arms
The world is perfect

Diamonds
Though all diamonds appear the same
Strong, bright, clear, beautiful
They weren't always as such
Where now you are fireproof
You were once decaying pinewood
Rotting oak leaves, discarded rubbish
Hidden deep in the Earth's crust
Only to be uncovered by miners
Who were searching for gold
Who didn't recognize your value
We aren't miners of diamonds though
We walk the beach hand in hand
Seeing all the quarts shattered into sand
Those are the only diamonds we can afford
We hold hands and kiss each other softly
Those kisses are why I keep you close
Like the many keep their jewels
We are different kinds of jewels though
Not strong like the diamond, nor as pure
But at heart we are as beautiful
I alone love you, as you love me
And its for that love we stay together
Because I have no money to buy you jewels
No materials to sell to afford diamonds
And you are the same
But the words from our mouth
When they speak how deeply we truly do feel
Polish our eyes and make then shine like gold
And bright our love shows through our eyes
And that light is the light of our worlds

Hey guys... heres a real speical one.... the one I wrote for our (Me and Veronika's) 6 month aniversary. Is the longest one I've done so far. Have fun reading!

Six Months
The sun slowly starts to set
The water glitters like her eyes
Her amazing, sparkling eyes
You look over to her and smile
She has her eyes closed though
Sighing deeply, she's remembering the day
How great and important she felt
When you would tell her you loved her
Or when you held her hand close
And would kiss each and every finger
Before softly and sensuously kissing her lips
A small, content smile comes on to her face next
For she remembers how great she felt
When you told her you loved her
How you would do anything for her
Not just to keep her as yours
But to earn her gracious love and respect
"I love you" was said many times before that
But never had those words had that special meaning
Because this times the words weren't based solely
On superficial material lusts
For flesh, or entertainment, or for company
Because he loves you for who you are
Not for what he needs you to be
Slowly she snuggles into you closer
After resting her head on your lap
She takes out and hand holds it over her heart
She knows no way to tell you
Nor more importantly show you her love
It still seems like a must in superficial sense
For though we live not only on material things
Things presence no matter how grand
Reminds and reassures the other of your love
Makes the other fell as if what they feel
And what they know are the same
She loves you and has said it many times
And in many ways as well
She's shown you she loves you
But for some reason you never have seen it
You are a very deep sentimental fool
Who at the same time is a true materialist
Others see her love for you like the sun
But you are too narrow minded to see it as it is
The saying "life gives back to you what you give to it"
Keeps running through your mind
As you keep thinking of new ways to show her your love
But really all you need to do is open your eyes differently
You think back to times you were together six months ago
How everything seemed mystical and enchanted
Full of glamour and love flowed from your mouth
And then you think of how things have changed
How you loved her then is different from what it is now
And you kiss her forehead lovingly
For by learning who she is, you learned who you really are
And though you despise yourself, you love her
The right majestic, deep creature she is
You know now more then ever
That to love her, is to learn to accept yourself
Because she accepts all your minor flaws
And you must learn to love all that she does
Six months is not a life time, but it is not a short flash
And you decide then and there with her on your lap
Her heart in your hands, her soul in your grip
That you will not only love her anymore

Amazing Light
All once that was feared
Comes to a nerve racking head
Heaven once was far away
But now is approaching
At an amazing speed
Lights flash slower then it comes
The musty darkness now lit
With a great luminescence
Smiling faces where once were tears
Stitches over open scars
Natural healing no longer needed
Nor allowed by the amazing light
That light seems so perfect
Fixes all chaos and anarchy
Like they were mechanical
Makes all feel as if they rule
No insubordination exists anywhere
All disloyalties made right
All credit is given to that amazing light
That light that's better then all lights
Kings brought to their knees
Queens made to worship the light
Children sing songs about the light
But only one man has the light
The man is no rich man
The man is no powerful man
He bought the light with all he had
The change in his pockets
And his soul
But now he has everything
All everyone could want is his
And he's the only lucky sod
To have the amazing light
In his heart

Bottles
I see your face in a shallow bottle
It doesn't look the same anymore
It's changed, you've changed
The hair is shorter
No longer is it blonde
Eyes don't sparkle any more
Your nose is warped and twisted
But you are the same on the inside
But I don't notice that
As far sighted as I am
I fall near sighted this time
"You've changed too much"
I keep saying to myself
"I still love you but you've changed"
I see all that I once cherished
Falling far from sight
And failing to satisfy me anymore
No longer am I happy
With just holding your hands
Or kissing your cheek
Or having you close to me
"You've changed too much"
I cry again and again
I want you to change back
I need you to change back
I loved you so much then
It's then that I look up from the bottle
And I see you're the same now
As you were then
And it's just been my fear
My fear of you changing
That was haunting me the whole time

Careless Pisces
The sun is starting to rise
A new morning is coming upon us
The moon is slowly leaving sight
And the cardinals start to sing
The lake is very still
Not a wave breaks the surface
You start to think about the day ahead
What great things it holds for you
How great it will be
When you get home to your lover
How amazing her smile will be
When you return to her
True to your words, true to your heart
You can only imagine that great hug
Only begin to fathom
How awesome you will feel
The day has nothing but bright lights
Filling your eyes, your hopes
And most of all, your expectations
Then you think about work
How the brutal sun will reign on you
How every muscle in your body
Will ache like it's on fire
And about all your responsibilities
That make the day long and tedious
Suddenly the day is looking miserable
All your pessimism takes over your mind
You don't see one good thing on the horizon
You think about how you might fight
With you lover like a million times before
How they might not love you anymore
How your few hors apart
Might cause a permanent separation
You see all that was once sacred
Is in total and complete jeopardy
So cautiously and begrudgingly
You go on through your day
Never once realizing who your enemy is
It's not your work nor you lover
It's you, the seditious, careless Pisces
You are your own worst enemy
Because it is your own mind
That clouds the differences
Between realities in your life
You will return to love her that night
And she will still love you
But despite that, you live in fear
Like you always will
