For a Comprehensive World Disarmament Plan
May peace be upon you. My name is David Crockett Williams, Jr.
and I am circulating the petition in support of a comprehensive
world disarmament plan.
In 1978 the United Nations held its first Special Session on
Disarmament. Its second Special Session on Disarmament
begins June 1982.
Please help petition for the success of this assembly in achieving
its goal of implementing a comprehensive world disarmament plan by urging President Reagan to personally attend it.
Since United Nations Day, October 24, 1981, a World Peace March has been under way from Southern California en route
through the bitter cold of winter to New York for arrival just
before this special session begins.
