Note, this is when Andrew Mount, a Santa Barbara City College student and student of Isla Vista Tai Chi Chuan Master Lawrence Karol, came and saw this Tesla Symposium video and then after meeting DePalma, quit school to become his personal assistant for the last 9 years of DePalma's life. Mark Ward took the trouble to come and show this video he shot at the Tesla Symposium. Mark can make copies of the video as needed.
