PUBLIC NOTICE to Us, the Inhabitants of the Earth and Friends of
America concerning the American Revolution Bicentennial's New
Spirit of '76: PARADISE PSIBERNETICS... The American Revolution
Bicentennial Administration tells Us "the goal of the Bicentennial
is to forge a new national commitment -- a new spirit of '76, a
spirit which vitalizes the ideals for which the Revolution was fought.
The Bicentennial has three objectives through which Americans will
be able to participate. Heritage '76 -- A nationwide summons to
recall our heritage and to place it in its historical perspective.
Festival USA -- A nationwide opportunity to program activities
and events, to stimulate travel, and to encourage our citizens
to expand their knowledge of our country and extend a particular
welcome to visitors. Horizons '76 -- A nationwide challenge to every
American, acting individually or with others, to undertake at least
one principal project which manifests the pride, the priorities and
the hopes of his community." Since the undersigned observer believes
that his community is Our planet Earth, the following is given with
his total personal commitment and higher hope for the realization
of paradise on Earth in his lifetime, should it be the will of The God.
The uniqueness of the American Declaration of Independence was
that for the first time in human history a nation's charter affirmed
that an individual's right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness
was vested not in the State, not in the individual self, but in the
individual's Creator. if this philosophy is proved by future history to
be the most powerful force for human freedom of choice since the
dawn of time, will it not enable Us through a conscience understanding
of the nature of Our Creator to participate in paradise on Earth and truly
(as the Liberty Bell admonishes) to "Proclaim liberty throughout all the
land unto all the inhabitants thereof"?
Be it now self evident that each individual observer possesses only
through conscience the total freedom of conscious choice of what
belief system with regard to the nature of our Creator to hold as
truth relative to that observer. The choice to control Our future
roots in Our conscience application of the heretofore un-unified
natural law of Our Creator. From control of fire to control of
atomic energy, the capability of humankind has always been a
function of conscience application of the knowledge of the power
of The Mind, channeling belief/faith energy to manifest the
changing realities existent relative to each observer.
After completing his work on relativity theory at a very young
age, Albert Einstein worked the rest of his life unsuccessfully
trying to formulate a Unified Field Theory to explain all natural
law and religious phenomena by a simplistic and symbolic equation.
In a 1935 article in the chemical physics journals he described his
basic (and erroneous) preconception as to the objective nature of
reality. This underlying historical but fallacious assumption of
the modern scientific method necessitated the adoption of the
currently employed Einsteinian compromise of the truth about the
nature of light, energy (E), and matter (m). (see over for details)
After a year and a half of struggle since his unsuccessful application
for the Ph.D. program in Chemical Physics at University of California
at Santa Barabara (UCSB), the undersigned has seen published the
Tetron Natural Unified Field Theory under the title of "Introduction
to the Paradise Psibernetics of Our Family of Life" appearing in the
1976 Spring Equinox issue of All One Voice, the official publication
of the All One Family Union (available for one dollar from PO Box 9388,
Berkeley, CA 94709). An outline of the proposal from Torak
(see copy over)
for the realization of the implicit goal of the All One Family Union
was distributed at the Institute for Higher Studies' FUTURE THINK
1976-2076 CONFERENCE April 3 & 4, 1976, at UCSB and to all
personnel in UCSB's Chemistry and Physics departments on
April 9, 1976.
This document hereby announces the organization of the Paradise
Psibernetics Commission to coordinate, through Torak, worldwide
activities of local Paradise Psibernetics Committees towards the
realization of paradise on Earth and subsequent unification of
Our consciousness. All observers desiring a conscientific mastery
of the control of environment through harnessing faith and belief
powers by the applied knowledge of a new system of order are
invited to participate in the functions of a local Paradise Psibernetics
Committee; details of which are included in "A Message for the
People of Planet Earth" (see over).
How you will gain from this newly described old discovery
will depend on how you apply your will.
PARADISE PSIBERNETTICS COMMISSION HEREBY SOLICITS THE

Futurology with roots in probability lacks truthful application of
the power of mind. To control the future we must recognize the
Truth with a probability of One => Tetron Natural Unified Field Theory
reconciles Einstein's compromise {speed of light compromised for
velocity of light (C) in equation of general relativity) NOW E=mC^2
is defined identically equal to E[sub-tetra]=m[sub-tetra]C[sub-psi]^2,
where [tetra] is defined as the nature of the identity of the system
observed, [psi] is defined as the identity of the observer, and [tetra]
equals Tetron of [psi], where Tetron is the consciousness function of
life defining faith and belief corollary to the nature of light}
World problems readily soluable through conscience application of
Tetron Natural Unified Field Theory by Torak agencies:
1) War, soluable by the dissolution of fear through understanding
the true nature of identity;
2) Inflation, soluable by recognition of the folly of the notion of

of global paradise;
6) UFO mysteries, explainable as transmutation of observer
consciousness through time/space from the future after
technological mastery of Tetron Natural Unified Field Theory
(analogous phenomena to atomic energy breakthroughs
following partial technological mastery of relativity theory).

I. Relativity Financial Group -- a non-profit general financial
cooperative dedicated to the complete financial independence
of participating observers through international cooperation.
II. Conscience University of Life -- a non-profit research and
educational organization dedicated to observer mastery of life
through knowledge of conscience.
III. Conscience Faith of Light -- a non-profit organized scientific
faith dedicated to paradise psibernetics through faithful application
of conscience as defined by Tetron Natural Unified Field Theory.
IV. Universal Nation of Light -- a non-profit international union
of the citizens of all world governments (citizens who put their
faith in those governments to provide for the general welfare of
all life on Earth) dedicated to the harmonious correlation of all
governing bodies to produce paradise on Earth through mutual
love and understanding.
V. Our Family of Life -- a universal world family composed of all
who choose to affiliate dedicated to the consciousness of identity
through the conception of family relativism.
