Overview:
       The Mist Phantom is little more than a rumor, a BattleMech possessing superior speed and firepower which uses some of the most advanced technology known.  Reports give the Mech Streak LRMs, lasers, and an appearance resembling a Clan Timber Wolf, with thick armor and frightening speed.  While it is possible that House Mizuno may have developed such a Mech, it is unlikely, especially given their recent development of the Flame Lizard. It is also unknown why they would keep the Mech a secret, unless it is still undergoing testing. The central military is investigating the matter.
