Christian
"Skater boy" Christian after a day out with the boys and Jessica.

Christian is a lively, sparkling and endearing child. He spends his days playing, smiling and singing "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star." His enjoyment, however, can be put on hold thirty to fifty times a day. That's because this extraordinary boy has Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome. LGS is the most harrowing of childhood epilepsies and is characterized by multiple types of fits including drop attacks (many muscles lose their tone at the same time and Christian falls), atypical absence fits (Christian continues his activity, but is mentally distant) and myoclonic jerks (one or more of Christian's limbs will violently jerk). Unfortunately Christian's neurologist has left Oklahoma, and since his family is on Medicaid, finding care for Christian will be extremely difficult. That is why the Christian Pippin Fund has been started. All proceeds will go towards aiding Christian and his family to use for things such as, but not limited to, travel expenses to see out-of-town specialists and medical costs. If you would like to help improve the quality of this amazing child's life, please contact the Christian Pippin Fund.
