How to Copy and Paste (once learnt, never forgotten)

1. Highlight
Position the mouse pointer at the top left of the text on the line above. Press down the left mouse button and whilst holding it down drag the mouse to the bottom right of the text. This should highlight the text to copy.

2. Copy
Whilst the mouse pointer is over the highlighted text click the right mouse button and select 'Copy' (or use the 'Edit' menu at the top left of your browser and select 'Copy')

3. Paste
Create a new email as you would normally. Click where you wish the text to be inserted. Press the right mouse button and select 'Paste' (or use your emails' 'Edit' menu and select 'Paste')
