The Oklahoma State Pre-Optometry Student Association is an organization that contributes to the aspirations and needs of both pre-optometry students and students wanting to gain more knowledge about Optometry. The purpose of this organization shall be to aid pre-optometry students in knowledge of the Optometry school admission process and to create a forum for students and Optometry professionals to communicate. In addition, the organization will undertake community service projects to better serve OSU and the Stillwater community. The Oklahoma State University Pre-Optometry Student Association was founded in April of 2004 by Oklahoma State University student Ryan Bates. The Fall of 2004 will be the first real semester this organization will be in action.
