The OKLAHOMA JUNIOR GOLF TOUR has been designed to provide an AFFORDABLE playing avenue for top-quality local, state, and regional competition during the Fall months. The OJGT has been designed to give aspiring college players a chance to be introduced and promoted to a large number of college coaches through competitive score/statistical reporting. Coaches do not always know the players within our own state. The OJGT will keep state and regional coaches updated on event results and player performance! And best of all, the OJGT has been designed for all tour members to HAVE FUN and GET BETTER!

College golf recruitment budgets are low. It is very difficult for all college coaches to "get out and see" all players who contact them. The OJGT will take the lead by providing tour event results to state and regional coaches immediately after each tournament. Many of our former players have signed with colleges and are now enjoying playing collegiate golf!

Experience has shown that players who "keep competitively active" during the fall and winter stand a better chance of doing well in the school and summer seasons that follow. The OJGT offers affordable events because of the centrally located courses within the state. Tournaments are held on weekends so no school is missed.
