Yesterday, Lauryn, Stephanie, and I went to see Taken. It was okay. Umm, I'm done with soccer. For real. My pros for quitting were the majority, and I couldn't take it anymore. Kelli might be transferring to Texas A&M anyway, so she didn't give me any guilt, which was one of the things I was worried about. So, today I ran three miles, sat on the swing for about an hour, and then Jessy, Lauryn, Stephanie, and I went to watch the softball scrimmage against Sterling. Jessy and I went to Dillon's to get snacks and we watched Matilda since it was on. I facebooked the guy I've been talking to about the soccer t-shirt designing deal. I didn't add him as a friend, but I looked him up, and as his website it says "http://www.bigfootfactory.com/". His stuff is weird, if this is really him. So, I'm going to try sketching some stuff and then I'll see if I really want to try going for it. Oh, I developed my first roll of film in photography. I was nervous since you have to do a lot in the complete darkness, but I got it okay. I guess that's it!

Bryce surprised me by coming here last night around 7:00. He and I exchanged Valentine's Day gifts. He got the pinata, and I got chocolates and a ring. We watched Fox and the Hound 2 with Kelli and Jessy, and then Lauryn came back from Ben's, and we watched Shrek 3. Today, Art History was cancelled, so hooray. Bryce and I went to Wal Mart and walked down main street and had lunch at Dairy Queen. After my afternoon class, we walked to Sonic and got drinks to sip at the park. We played pool for a while and then went to Pizza Hut for dinner (thanks mom!). Then we just sorta hung around in the room, watching whatever Lauryn had on. We went back down to the lobby to play more pool, and he left about 40 minutes ago. Now I'm just gearing up for futsal.

We played Sorry a lot with Jonelle. We also went to the Italian restaurant with the good bread. On Friday, Stephanie, Jessy, and I played catch until the improv show "Mission Improv-able." It was a group of four dudes doing improv, and they were actually much funnier than Second City. Afterwards, Jessy and I went to Braum's and then got the movie The Spiker to watch. Another horrible horror movie. Yesterday, Kelli and I watched Loser and Madagascar 2. Nothing much to report on today. Grease and Grease 2 were on, so we've kinda been watching those.

Tuesday afternoon, Jessy and I went to Sonic for happy hour and so I could get my photography project partly done. Then Jessy, Lauryn, Kelli, Ben, and I went to see "He's Just Not That Into You," which was good. Last night was "Safer Sex" night. Kelli the counselor was dressed up in a flowery dress and huge fake boobs, and LaMonte had sideburns, chest hair, and a jumpsuit. Our team didn't win the trivia part, but we still got some odd prizes. Jonelle is supposedly coming today, so that'll be cool. I've just been doing homework all day, really.

The weekend was pretty boring. Everyone was home, so I did most of my homework on Saturday. Yesterday, Jessy, Lauryn, and I went to Wal Mart and played ping pong for a while. Today, Jessy, Stephanie, and I played catch outside. Other than classes today, that's all that's gone on.

Not much to update on. Just classes and soccer stuff. On Tuesday, Jessy and I went to Wichita so I could get a camera. We went to the mall to go to Hot Topic, too, and then stopped at Spangles on the way back to get ice cream. This was good timing for the trip, because Ben had spent the night, and that was kind of irritating. I guess it doesn't make sense to me, because he has a room to himself... why would they spend the night together here? Also, today Ann honked a horn in Eddie's ear when he fell asleep during her lecture. Awesome.

So far, my classes sound okay. However, I have to read this story for American Literature, and I can't seem to get through it. I read it once, but I had no idea what was going on because of the dialect. I guess I'll figure it out by tomorrow. On Friday, Jessy and I went on a bike ride to the park and back. We saw Nick there, which was cool, since he's never around anymore. We pretty much decided that if Lauryn wanted to bring Ben to our birthday party at P.F. Chang's that we would ask Nick to go, to make it awkward. We got back from our ride, and then went to Braum's and got two movies at the redbox. One was Black Out - some strange suspense movie about being stuck on an elevator - and the other was Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist. I just don't think I can watch movies with hot girls in them with Jessy anymore, ugh. Obnoxious! I can see her saying something about how attractive the girl is one time, but after that, give it a rest. Anyway, yesterday Kelli and I noticed that Lauryn left her camera out. So, we took it and went around campus and Wal Mart to take a bunch of pictures. I think we took almost 100. Then we came back and watched the play, Rabbit Hole. It was pretty good. We made chicken nuggets and ramen and watched Can't Hardly Wait. Now I'm just doing homework all day, I guess.

[February 5th, 2009 | 12:02am]

Monday was my first day of classes. Of course I have Jess in two again. I think graphic design problems will be fun, though, because it's mostly web design and movies. Last night, we had weights and conditioning, as usual. However, we had a graduate school girl as our personal trainer, and she worked us incredibly hard. We lifted for probably an hour straight, with very few breaks. For conditioning, we did the "deck of cards" drill. We were to pick out a card, and each one meant something. Spades were for push-ups, diamonds were for sit-ups, clubs were for sprints, and hearts were for lunges (or something like that). Say we pulled out a 9 of diamonds. We would have to run down to one end of the gym, do 9 sit-ups, and run back. That was one, and we would have to do 9. It was horrible. So, I'm really sore today. We're watching Stardust right now. Umm, there's my life right now. OH, I got really excited because there was a play called "Art," and I thought that I might try out for it. There was an email about it today, and it started off saying it was a comedy and it sounded really interesting, but then it said "Three roles for males." Oh well.

Well, I'm done with evolution, and apparently I didn't learn anything. I went home this weekend to see the family and Bryce. It was actually beautiful on Saturday, so we went to the park and stuff. Now I'm back, and that's really all I have to say at this point.
