A PORTRAIT OF TREASON
[INSIDE the CLINTONS'
COUNTERFEIT ADMINISTRATION]

PART I

As a candidate in 1992, Bill Clinton blasted Bush administration standards
of behavior and pledged to conduct "THE MOST ETHICAL ADMINISTRATION
IN THE HISTORY OF THE REPUBLIC."
*P.S. That is probably the last time anyone will ever hear Clinton mention
the word "Republic." Since he has been in office, it seems like either he
or one of his well-trained media and political pundits is constantly brag-
ging about "our 'democracy'."
 

"Is there anybody besides me that thinks it is a little bit strange that a country
originally founded as a CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC [remember when we use to pledge
allegiance to the flag - and to the "republic" for which it stood?] - is now incessantly
lauded as a great "DEMOCRACY?" Could this merely be ignorance on the part of the
President, his "administration," the talking-head pundits, the media, and even WORLD
LEADERS? Or do they know something we don't? Got a question: If we are indeed a
"DEMOCRACY," WHEN did this happen? What were the circumstances? By whose
AUTHORITY was it changed? And why weren't WE told AT THE TIME?

"A republic is the highest form of human government, but also requires the
greatest amount of care and maintenance. A republic, unlike democracy, could never
become a 'mobocracy,' for it reposed, as Montesquieu had explained, 'on principles that
do not change.' [1] If a republic is neglected, however, it can deteriorate into one of
several inferior forms of government: a democracy, an anarchy, an oligarchy, or a
dictatorship.

A DEMOCRACY is government conducted by direct vote of the people and by
popular referendum [NO "representatives" to speak for you];

ANARCHY is everybody making his own rules and standards;

An OLIGARCHY is a government run by a small council [i.e., the COUNCIL ON
FOREIGN
RELATIONS. This is what our government is today: "The Bush and Clinton
administrations, as with
Clinton and Gingrich, share many common threads and on anything that involves the
New World Order
agenda, THEY ALL VOTE THE SAME WAY. They are also awash with members of the
Council on Foreign
Relations and the Trilateral Commission, the vehicles for the Rockefellers and the Elite to
manipulate
the US and the world."] [Emphasis added] [2]

A DICTATORSHIP is rule by a single individual [i.e., Stalin, Hitler, Klinton,
Greenspan]

"Our founding documents make it clear that...our government is to function with
'THE CONSENT OF THE GOVERNED,' and the percentages given in the Constitution
define what constitutes that consent: usually a simple majority vote, or on occasion, a
two-thirds or three-fourths vote. At no time do our founding documents allow a
nationwide policy to be enacted by a minority group over the objection of the
majority..."[Emphasis added] [3] But, all this changed in 1963:

"A mere five Justices can now overturn any law of the land, even if that law was
legitimately enacted by the people through their elected representatives. The Supreme
Court - composed of UNELECTED officials NOT ANSWERABLE TO THE PEOPLE - has
become the most powerful ruling body in the nation...an example is the removal of
school prayer. The Court's own records reveal that only 3 % of the nation had no
religious ties of any kind - no belief in God. [Emphasis added] [4] Nonetheless, the
Supreme Court aligned itself with the 3% and declared that, in opposition to the beliefs
of the 97%, the acknowledgment of God and nondenominational prayer to Him would be
prohibited in schools. THAT NATIONAL POLICY WAS ENACTED BY A 3% 'MAJORITY'! "

This was NOT acceptable to our founding fathers! "When Thomas Jefferson
observed and then commented on what some judges were attempting to accomplish
during his term of office, he accurately described what has now happened in America:

'They have retired into the judiciary as a stronghold...and from that battery, all
the works of republicanism are to be beaten down and erased.' [6]

"Morality - acquired ONLY from religious principles - must again become an
emphasis in education. The education of youth is now on the wrong foundation,
evidenced not only by the lack of morality it has produced in students, but by the fact
that it no longer provides support for the law [indicated by THE 544% INCREASE IN
VIOLENT CRIME OCCURING SINCE THE COURT BARRED GOD AND RELIGIOUS
PRINCIPLES FROM EDUCATION, and from the fact that 65% of ALL crimes are currently
committed BY SCHOOL-AGE CHILDREN!" [Emphasis added] [7]

The CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC died when Lincoln suspended the US
Constitution in 1861 and WE WENT UNDER INTERNATIONAL MILITARY LAW. We are still
under that law. THE CONSTITUTION HAS NEVER BEEN REINSTATED! In 1933, President
Franklin D. Roosevelt instituted Socialism [which had been introduced under Wilson].
Things remained quiet and secret until Kennedy took office. At that point MARXIST/
COMMUNISM was introduced into our system. William and Hillary Klinton finished the
takeover [both of them were TRAINED in Marxism! As were a large majority of their
"administration" - read "Regime"] I'll get to all of this in detail in a future column.

"Liberal activists gained office and destroyed American law, by [the] process of
gradually installing the Communist agenda within our legal system and separate
branches of government. COMMUNISM IS NOT DEAD! It has just switched names to
become more 'politically correct.' Today it is called "DEMOCRACY." The Berlin Wall did
not come down because Communism is dead, but because the planned agenda of
Communizing the West, INCLUDING AMERICA had been achieved. [Washington D.C. Is
now the CORE of the New World Order of atheistic governments.]

"The last vestiges of Christian law have been removed from 'American
government' in the last twenty years, and they no longer resist world Communism. The
American public believe the lies of their 'leaders,' who applaud 'the fall of Communism,'
while they have sold out the country to anti-Christian, anti-American statutes and
regulations on the federal, state, and local levels.

Comparing the original TEN PLANKS OF THE COMMUNIST MANIFESTO written
by
Karl Marx in 1848 with the American adopted counterpart proves we are now a
Communist nation. The American people have truly been 'buried in Communism' by
their own politicians of both the Republican and Democratic parties. Karl Marx was
stating in the Communist Manifesto that these planks are the test of to what degree a
country is Commmunist. If they are all in effect and in force THE COUNTRY IS
COMMUNIST. Communism, but by any other name...?? [Emphasis added]

1.] ABOLITION OF PRIVATE PROPERTY AND THE APPLICATION OF ALL RENT
TO
PUBLIC PURPOSE: The 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution (1868), and various
zoning, school & property taxes. Also the Bureau of Land Management

2.] A HEAVY PROGRESSIVE OR GRADUATED INCOME TAX: Misapplication of the
16th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, 1913, The Social Security Act of 1936; Joint
House Resolution 192 of 1933; and various State 'income' taxes. We call it 'paying our
fair share.'

3.] ABOLITION OF ALL RIGHTS OF INHERITANCE: We call it Federal & State
estate Tax (1916); or reformed Probate Laws, and limited inheritance via arbitrary
inheritance tax statutes.

4.] CONFISCATION OF THE PROPERTY OF ALL EMIGRANTS AND REBELS: We
call it government seizures, tax liens, Public 'law' 99-570 (1986); Executive order 11490,
sections 1205, 2002, which give private land to the Department of Urban Development;
the imprisonment of 'terrorists' and those who speak out or write against the
'government (1997 Crime/Terrorist Bill); or the IRS confiscation of property without due
process.

5.] CENTRALIZATION OF CREDIT IN THE HANDS OF THE STATE, BY MEANS OF
A
NATIONAL BANK WITH STATE CAPITAL AND AN EXCLUSIVE MONOPOLY: We call it the
'Federal Reserve' which is a credit/debt system nationally organized by the Federal
Reserve Act of 1913. All local banks are members of the Fed system, and are regulated
by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).

6.] CENTRALIZATION OF THE MEANS OF COMMUNICATION AND
TRANSPORTATION IN THE HANDS OF THE STATE: We call it the 'Federal
Communications Commission' (FCC) and 'Department of Transportation' (DOT) mandated
through the ICC Act of 1887, the Commissions Act of 1934, The Interstate Commerce
Commission established in 1938, The Federal Aviation Administration, Federal
Communications Commission, and Executive orders 11490, 10999, as well as State-
mandated Driver's Licenses and Department of Transportation regulations.

7.] EXTENTION OF FACTORIES AND INSTRUMENTS OF PRODUCTION OWNED
BY
THE STATE, THE BRINGING INTO CULTIVATION OF WASTE LANDS, AND THE
IMPROVEMENT OF THE SOIL GENERALLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH A COMMON PLAN:
We
call it 'corporate capacity,' The Desert Entry Act and The Department of Agriculture. As
well as the Department of Commerce and Labor, Department of Interior, the
Evironmental Protection Agency, Bureau of Land Management, Bureau of Reclamation,
Bureau of Mines, National Park Service, and the IRS control of business through
corporate regulations.

8.] EQUAL LIABILITY OF ALL TO LABOR. ESTABLISHENT OF INDUSTRIAL
ARMIES, ESPECIALLY FOR AGRICULTURE: We call it the 'Social Security Administration'
and 'The Department of Labor.' The National debt and inflation caused by the communal
bank has caused the need for a two 'income' family. Woman in the workplace since the
1920's, the 19th amendment of the U.S. Constitution, the Civil Rights Act of 1964,
assorted
Socialist Unions, Affirmative Action, the Federal Public Works Program and of course
Executive order 11000.

9.] COMBINATION OF AGRICULTURE WITH MANUFACTURING INDUSTRIES;
GRADUAL ABOLITION OF THE DISTINCTION BETWEEN TOWN AND COUNTRY BY A
MORE
EQUITABLE DISTRIBUTION OF THE POPULATION OVER THE COUNTRY: We call it the
Planning Reorganization Act of 1949, zoning (Title 17 1910-1990) and Super Corporate
Farms, as well as Executive orders 11647, 11731 (ten regions) and Public 'law' 89-136.

10.] FREE EDUCATION FOR ALL CHILDREN IN GOVERNMENT SCHOOLS.
ABOLITION OF CHILDREN'S FACTORY LABOR IN ITS PRESENT FORM. COMBINATION
OF
EDUCATION WITH INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION, ETC., ETC: People are being taxed to
support what we call 'public' schools, which train the young to work for the communal
debt system. We also call it the Department of Education, the NEA and Outcome-Based
'Education.'

"Does changing the words, change the end result? None are more hopelessly
enslaved, as those who falsely believe they are free..."[Emphasis added] [8]

According to a retired KGB senior analyst in the NATO section of the Information
Department of the Soviet Intelligence Service,

"The 'liberalization' in the USSR, Poland and East Germany...combined with
overt and covert Communist operations...will be aimed at CONFUSING the Western
leaders, splitting the West European allies from the United States and then splitting the
people from their elected leaders. The leaders who are taken in by the 'liberalization'
can be expected to make erroneous and costly decisions...IN THE INTERESTS OF THE
COMMUNISTS...

"The essence of the strategy is to introduce a calculated and controlled FALSE
DEMOCRATIZATION and to revive a discredited re`gime by giving it an attractive aspect
and A 'HUMAN FACE.' Its strategic objective is to generate support, good will and
sympathy in the West and to EXPLOIT this sympathy in order to shape new
attitudes...which will favour Soviet interests...A further objective is to shape new
attitudes towards the Strategic Defence Initiative, the budget and the US military and TO
DISARM THE UNITED STATES, basing these new attitudes on the premise that 'the new
re`gime which has emerged in the USSR is liberal and no longer poses any threat to the
United States'...

"It might eventually lead to the realization of the final goal of Soviet
strategy...THE CONVERGENCE OF THE CAPITALIST WEST WITH THE COMMUNIST EAST
ON SOVIET TERMS and the CREATION OF A WORLD GOVERNMENT as a solution to the
arms race and nuclear confrontation..

"Gorbachev is a committed Leninist who is carrying out the strategy of
Communist renewal as a means towards THE ULTIMATE CONQUEST OF THE WESTERN
'DEMOCRACIES'." [Emphasis added] [9]

"The long-planned partnership began to take form officially with the signing of 'A
CHARTER FOR AMERICAN-RUSSIAN PARTNERSHIP AND FRIENDSHIP' by Presidents
Bush
and Yeltsin on June 17, 1992."
