What's FTPFTP or File Transfer Protocol is simply transferring the files i.e. web pages,
graphics, audio files, shockwave flash etc from your PC to the remote web or
file server.
Once it is on the server, you can access them anywhere simply by pointing to
the web address via a browser.

a) Click Close when transfer is completed b) After a period of inactivity, the connection closes itself automatically. Click Connect to reconnect again. |

Put: Select the files in the Local System window and use the Put
button (circle in red) to transfer the files to the destination.
Likewise the Get button is to transfer files from the Remote System
to your local computer.
