Historically, Americans have a short memories.
Congress is full of lawyers, not historians. Those that don't
remember the past are condemned to repeat it. It cant happen to us
has been the prevailing attitude. Let us not forget this. It
has been the second time we have been taken unaware. For our children
it should not happen again.
It's been awhile but in 1804 we took care of
the Barbary Pirates the Terrorist of the times.
