These are some of the worksheets that I have used with my students.  Please feel free to look at them and make any changes you like.  I have not created all of these, some of them I have taken from fellow teachers who have allowed me to shared them with everyone.

My collection is small now but it will continue to grow.  So keep checking this site often for changes and updates!

General Math

Webquest --- Is math everywhere?  I created this webquest to allow students to learn about Mathematics though a web interface.   The Internet is very widespread in our society.  It has a very strong influence in the lives of students today.  For this reason it is an excellent teaching tool.   It allows the students to learn though a media they enjoy.

Chapter 7-Polynomials

Graphs of Polynomial Functions- This is a quick fun activity for the students to get use to their graphic calculators and to introduce them to polynomial graphs. 

Chapter 7- Similar Triangles

Flag Pole Lab- This activity allows the students to estimate the height of a polygon by using similar triangles.  They will need meter sticks, mirrors and a copy of this activity.  

Chapter 8- Polygons

Polygon angle sum worksheet-- This page is used along with regular polygons page.  It is used to have the students come up with their own formula for finding the interior sum of angles in any given polygon.  They also discovered that the sum of the exterior angles is constant in all polygons.

Regular Polygons -- This page consist of 9 regular polygons with a line underneath to put in their name.  This is used along with the Polygon worksheet to teach the students the relationship between triangles and polygons.
