Medium (800x600) Large (1024x768) This picture was taken from the Captain Cook Monument
in Corner Brook. There is a great view from up there. You can see the downtown
and Humber Heights areas (which is what you are looking at now). Off the
right side of the picture is the Elizebeth Street, and Massy Drive. To
the left is the North Shore, and behind is Curling and the South Shore.
You can pretty much see all of Corner Brook from up there.

Medium (800X600) Large (1024x768) This is Shawano when she was about a month old. She is in our back yard surveying her territory. The yard ends where she is standing and drops down quite a bit. The trees in the backround are actually about 70 - 100 feet just to give you an idea for the perspective. |
This is another shot of Corner Brook. The dark circle indicates from where the above picture was taken. |

Medium (800X600) Large (1024x768) Here we have Corner Brook's only "skyscraper". Ten stories. It might not be much but it is all we have. |

Medium (800X600) Large (1024x768) The Matthew as it was leaving Lark Harbour. This ship was part of the 500th anniversary celebration in 1997. It made the voyage from Bonivista Bay all around the island that summer. It was a pretty good time. |
