Latest Release from MindSpring features MindSpring Internet software 4.0 and hit songs and exclusive video from Collective Soul--all on one CD!

Atlanta (Nov. 3, 1999) Leading national Internet Service Provider MindSpring Enterprises Inc. (NASDAQ: MSPG), has teamed up with recording label, Atlantic Records and Trans World Entertainment (NASDAQ: TWMC), a retail music chain, to launch MindSpring Rocks with Collective Soul, a limited edition CD featuring MindSpring’s latest Internet access software, 4.0, and three hit tracks from Collective Soul, one of the hottest alternative bands of the decade.

The special MindSpring Rocks with Collective Soul Internet Software CDs are available now at select Trans World Entertainment music stores, including, Camelot, Coconuts, Strawberries, Record Town and Specs. By installing the MindSpring 4.0 CD, MindSpring subscribers can listen to versions of Billboard hits, Crown, from Collective Soul’s 1999 album, Dosage, and Disciplined Breakdown, from the band’s 1997 hit album, Disciplined Breakdown. In addition, the CD also includes a never-before-released video of the hit song, Heavy, recorded live for VH1’s Hard Rock Live in August of 1999.

To commemorate these special CDs, MindSpring will host a CD Release Party in Atlanta, Ga., on November 7th featuring a live performance by Collective Soul. This will be the band’s only Atlanta performance this season. Party goers will receive copies of the new MindSpring Rocks with Collective Soul Internet Software CD, enjoy music from the band and learn about other MindSpring products and services.
