Beyond the Darkness
Sunlight shines this dire time
This dire time of taking flight.
Wings like steel and gliding strong
across the wind like a song
Like a hymn.
Like a march.
Marching to a calmer spot.
Where nights are days and days like angels.
Calming voices like mothers to cradles…
Cradling softly in the rays.
In the rays of heaven's light.
Promises are kept and love stand strong
as the bells will ring God's eternal song.
Remember the sun and remember the light
Remember the bird who flew with all his might
And gaze at the sky and you will see
the sunlight and the love and all his eternity
