Continents and Seas of Arth

The map below shows the general contours of the land masses of Arth. As can be appreciated, on a map of this scale, these can only be approximate, so that in an area (for example) shown as 2000 to 3000 metres, there might be individual peaks well in excess of 3000 metres. Likewise in areas such as the island of Hekla, the topological lines go from less than 100 m to 500 to 1000 metres without an intervening stage This means that the intermediate zone is too narrow or ill-defined to be shown on the map at this scale - not that there is a sheer cliff at the interface.
