SHEREDID

The Sheredid is a common domestic animal found throughout the temperate climes. Four legged and stockily built, it has a short coat that can be clipped for weaving. The animal is also farmed for its meat. The Sheredid is usually dark brown although white or pale fawn-coloured animals are not uncommon. It has two small horns that jut forward, but it is not really agressive, and will only attack if there is no other option. A little smaller than a man, it has a slim tapering head with a whiffly nose and a very long tongue it can use to grasp branches or bunches of grass to bring them to its mouth. It has a long tail - continually flicking here and there - tipped with a tuft of hair.
