The dress is of taffeta, of any color to suit the wearer.  The corsage is close, high, and rounded at the waist, having a tie of broad ribbon, with long ends.  Sleeves, bouillonnie at top, laid in two rows of partial plaits;  they fall away from the elbow, and are open in front.

The Child's Dress is designed for festive occasions.  It is of white muslin, with ranges of loops and naeuds of pink ribbon.
