This Was A Three Vehicle MVA On The Turner TurnPike With 1 Fatality And Multiple Injuries To Two Patients In The Same Vehicle, And Requiring Aero-Medical Transport (TLF) To SFH. The Pt. That Died Was Ejected Out Of The Back Window And Burned To Death And Was Hit By The Third Vehicle. Eight Pt's In The Second Vehicle Did not Get Injuried.
