So this is me. The author. I guess the only thing I have to say about myself is that I love to write. I write poetry and short stories mostly, and though I haven't written anything about Hanson in a long time, I thought it would be nice to keep what I've written in the past posted for your enjoyment. And it's also nice to think that maybe I'm contributing something to this amazing, otherworldly realm of "Hanfic," a realm I used to feel most at home in. Although I have moved on, I still know I'll always love the band, deep down in the secret chamber of my heart labeled "past," and I'll always remember how their music has touched me in ways no other music has, and has inspired me even more. I didn't know I could enjoy writing as much as I do before they came into my life, and now that I have discovered it, I could never go back to a life without writing. It is my outlet, my escape. My fantasies come to life, my doubts are uncovered, and I can find parts of myself I never thought existed when I write. Nothing relieves me more than seeing a page covered in my sloppy handwriting, words written out hastily before they are forgotten forever. Sometimes I think that it's not me who's writing, and sometimes I think that it could be no other person. Through my characters, I find joy and sadness, hope and desperation. Through my characters, I find myself.
