Birth Mothers, Birth Family and Siblings may APPLY for non-identifying information
Non-indenifying information should contain the following -

1.-birth details that relate to the adoptee
2.-care of the adoptee prior to the placement
3.-date of placement
4.-date of the adoption order
5.-description of the adopting family: approx. ages, levels of education,
physical characteristics, hobbies, ethnic origin and fields of employment.
6.-name of placement agency and follow up

Please note that most agencies have extensive waiting lists for the provision of Non-identifying history, but this information is invaluable when conducting a search, so apply as soon as possible.
