The meeting was called to order by Vice President David Nix.
Minutes were submitted by Sec./Treasurer Gary Burnett, presented by Chris Fiedler and
approved. Financial report was given by Chris Fiedler and approved.
Bob Dunlap discussed the designs of the association patch.
David Nix proposed that the association form the first response agency county wide. Dr. Monty
McAlester was interested in being the medical director. By doing this all agencies would work
under the same protocols.
David Nix also asked for help with the fire prevention program at the elem. School on Thursday,
October 7. 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.
The association picnic will be October 9 at Robbers Cave State Park in the equestrian area shelter
4.
David Nix asked the departments for a resource list to make up a resource book for each
department.
