Density = mass / volume
To find the density of a regular shaped object you must:
- calculate the volume of the object by using length X width X height in centimeters
- calculate the density using D = m/V
To find the density of an irregular shaped object you must:
- calculate the volume using water displacement
- calculate the density using D = m/V

- If you are moving from large to small (top to bottom) move the decimal place to the right.
