By this time next year (Late July 2000) I hope to be finished preparing to compete in the 2000 Keystone State Games in foil and sabre. Why? Because I've always been the competitive type, although I do have to admit that I enjoy the struggle as much or more as I enjoy the victory.
I have 2 very fine coaches at The Fencing Exchange, Kim Glembowski and John Proctor. They stress the most important aspects of the sport, saftey, above all else. But they also make it fun too, and with a sport that's as physically demanding as fencing, that's important.
At present I'm using Santelli fencing equipment for practice and lessons, although in time that may change.
Right now I don't have any pictures to post on this site yet, but that will change. Over the next couple of weeks I'll be posting pictures of the school, my instructors, fellow students, and myself. All pictures wil be of us doing what we love to do. Fencing.
