Saturn...why did I pick Saturn for Taylor you may be asking, it's simple.
Saturn is know for it's rings, Taylor is know for his chokers. See now?
Jordan Taylor Hanson, perhaps the most popular Hanson brother of all. His
nicknames are many, 'Taylor', 'Tay', 'Tayles', and 'TayBear'. My fave nickname
for him, besides the all purpose Tay, would be TayTay, why I like that name...
I'm not sure, I just find it cute, and cute fits him rather well wouldn't you say?
I probably find Taylor the most attractive to me, everything from his long
blonde hair, to his crystal blue eyes, to his rat-tail, all the way down to his
shoes(Doc Martins all the way baby!), I love his sence of style, which is like...
.exactly the same as Zac's and Ike's.
But not only that....for the longest time, red has always been my fave color.
As the second born, Taylor has shown from the very beggining that he loves
what he does, and who he's doing it for. Never one to try and get attention,
he's always quick to point out his brothers also when an adoring fan comes
asking for his autograph, or one to make sure they all get in the photo during
one of their many shoots.
Everyone says Tay is very close to his sister Avery, and I can see it.
Taylor strikes me as sensitive, he's knows what he wants in life, and he's
willing to work hard to get it. I think if I had a problem, Tay would be the
first I asked to help me straighten it out. Even if he couldn't help me straighten
it out, I think I'd feel better just knowing that he'll listen and really care.
I don't look at TayTay as my brother, more as a really good friend. When you
listen to their cd's, you can always connect to the feeling Taylor is displaying
through his voice. When I'm feeling down, I love to listen to either IWC2U, or
to make myself feel better, MMMbop. Either the Middle Of Nowhere, or more recent
versions are always playing in my cd player, but I especialy love his way his
voice has filled out...mucho...well...you figure that one out on your own :)
At 5'10 1/2", and somewhere above 120 lbs or so, it's pretty evident that
Tay has energy to burn. How does he stay so skinny, but yet love junk food? Maybe the
answer could be in his hobbies, rollerblading, soccer, laser tag, and many other
high energy sports. It's also probably got something to do with his presence on
stage, as another page so elegantly put it 'He better watch out or one of these
days he's going to bop himself right off of the stage.' Now don't get me wrong,
I love watching him perform, but he is energetic. I guess it all pays off though
...cuz he may be slim...but man...this guy has got a more than decent build! :)
Born on March 14, 1983 in Jenks, Oklahoma, a suburb of Tulsa...our young
friend has just turned 16, and to think, when MON first got recorded, he was
only 13. Tay now holds in his hand one of the most
important things a teenager can get, his drivers license. Is that good or bad?
According to Taylor he 'Feels for anyone of the street while he's driving' and
according to Zac he 'Feels for anyone in the car while he's driving'...take one
look at Tay driving a golf cart in The Road From Albertane...and you'll see why!
With his fast fingers on the keyboard, to the steady beating of the bongos,
to the fast paced tambourine, (or even the drums as shown on tour) Taylor is one
to really get into his music, and it's present when he's playing. From the smile
on his face, to the look in his eyes, it's obvious that he's going to be around
for a long time. Tay knows and loves what he's doing, and I don't think he'll
lose his cool about it.
