Ok, let's start with the basics. My name is Marikit, I live in Indiana, I'm 15,
a homeschooled sophomore, I love to write, and just about my favorite place to
be is my church. I love to talk on the phone, hang with friends, goof around,
tell bad jokes, and much much MOE.
Now for some deeper stuff, I may sound like a typical teenager, but I'm not.
In a world where teenagers are made out to be unmotivated bums, where we
constantly hear that we will never amount to anything, and that everything we
love is worthless, I stand along side many other teens to prove them wrong.
I work hard to break the stereo types placed upon us. I guess you could say
I'm a normal teen in a mixed up world.
When it comes to Hanson, I'm even more mixed up. See, at first I hated
everything that had anything to do with Hanson, because everyone I knew was so
totally obsessed with them, it made me sick. But now that it's only me and two
other girls who like Hanson, I laugh at that fact. The first time I saw them was
on Rosie O'Donell but since I had no idea who they were, I didn't watch it. The
first time I taped them was on Jay Leno, and I think that's when I first began
to really like them. Since that fateful day, I've boughten MON, Snowed In, Three
Car Garage, Live From Albertane, TTMON, Road To Albertane, and my collection of
posters has grown to over three hundred. I've become a steadfast fan of Hanson,
and I'll like them for a long time to come.
Well, you've probably heard enough on me, so I'll let you get back to the
stuff you really care about.
So remember, stand strong, stick up for what you believe in, and have some fun!
