The Penguin
When he was first born, Oswald Cobblepot was not like other children, he had a strange deformaty. His parents, who were high class citizens, did not want to come to grips with the fact that there child was deformed. In a fit of confusion they threw him into the sewer with the idea that he would die. After being raised by some penguins, who took him under their wings, he decided that he was upset with society for not excepting him. Batman who got in his way of destroying the city, naturally became his worst enemy. Satus- presumed dead. GC rating of Danny Devito's Penguin(out of 10)-7
