When Barbara Gordon was very young, her parents died in a car crash, and her uncle Alfred Pettyworth had to take care of her. Almost 10 years later after getting kicked out of University, she comes back to visit him. After discovering the batcave she decides that she wants to help in the struggle to end crime in the city of Gotham. From then on she has been known as, Batgirl. Status- Alive.
