Oasis are releasing 2 radio singles at the same time in North America. They are I Hope, I Think, I Know and All Around The World. AATW already has a video, it was directed by the same makers of Tonight Tonight by the Smashing Pumpkins, and has a 'yellow submarine' feel to it. The best video by Oasis yet.
Liams wife Patsy is appearing on the hit US sitcom Friends. She is already recording them is LA, and they will be broadcast late Jan.
Noel has made yet another controversial remark. On an Italian radio station he was quoted to have said "I don't believe that the working people of England should have to pay their wages and pay their kiddies to be brought up either. I think they should all be shot!". In reply, the Royal Family called the comment 'outrageous' and said if Noel had any class he would apologize.

In Q Magazine Noel has admitted that he stole a riff from David Bowies 'All The Young Dudes' for Stand By Me and DLBIA.
MTV is showing a show called 'All Around The World LIVE' which is the live show at the GMEX in Manchester. It is airing Dec. 14th.
The newest single WILL NOT be All Around the World. In CAN + US I Hope, I Think, I Know will be released as a RADIO single.

Alright, so an Oasis documentary has been BANNED. It was made by an independant film company and shows 'old farts' criticising them.
Oasis have jokingly offered to buy Maldini, the Italian captain for Man City. The defender sent the Gallagher's a signed shirt and the Gallagher's responded with their offer. The Gallaghers also watched the Italy-Russia game backstage before Saturdays concert.
Ermm...nothing else really going on. WHAT'S WITH LIAM NOWADAYS??? He's not getting into very many rows anymore! Hehehe...

On with the news... Oasis are gonna have yet ANOTHER unplugged session which will be filmed in Manchester. Liam WILL show up this time, ermm...SO they think..heheh.. Oasis are the first band EVER to have 2 unplugged sessions.
Noel's wife Meg, owes the council 2,444 pounds. Meg had borrowed the money BEFORE she married a rich rock star, and was struggling to pay the rent. Of course she doesn't have to worry about that anymore, as she got a PLATINUM American Express card. Shes already paid most of the debts and will pay the rest very shortly.
Noel and Meg engaged in a drinking contest in Bethnal Green, London 2 days ago. Escorted to the bar with loads of security men, Noel signed autographs and put Beatles tunes on the jukebox. Who won? Meg matched Noel all they way: for every pint Noel had, Meg had a bottle of Becks.
On the 8th Wembley Arena tickets went on sale and sold out within hours... as expected. The only NA dates that have sold out (well that I know of) so far are Toronto and Los Angeles. You can get your tickets at Ticketmaster CANADA or Tickermaster AMERICA

Oasis won the MTV Europe award last night for Best Rock Act. They weren't present for the awards but they showed a clip of Liam saying cheers. Also, Oasis won Best Act In The World Today on the Q awards.
If your Canadian, go out and pick up the FREE magazine Access, which this month, has Oasis on the cover. Its a really great magazine..considering its free.
Noel is going to have his OWN SHOW on the BBC called 'Round Noels Way' on Christmas. Its will be an hour long show with Noel talking about and playing songs.
The video 'Don't Go Away' has made its debut on the top 30 on the canadian MTV, Muchmusic. Its debut at #24 and is probably going to go to #1.
There hasn't been much 'interesting' news going on, but I'll tell you what news that is.
3 Oasis gigs have been cancelled in France due to the truckers strike. Oasis plan to reschedule them.
Tickets went on sale for some of the North American tour dates. The gig in Toronto had sold out in just 40 minutes. Lucky me, I got mine by phone 30 minutes after the box office opened.
Oasis are planning to do some work with John Lennons song in the future. They haven't made any plans yet though.
Opening acts for Oasis will be Supergrass playing at the London dates, and the rest will be the Seahorses. The North American openers have not been announced, but the Verve are rumoured to be.
The single All Around The World will not be released on the 11th in Austria.

Alan McGee has bought a £400,000 11 acre property which was viewed by Noel and Meg.

And it looks like Oasis turned down the request for them to be on the 'A Life Less Ordinary' soundtrack, because they're not on it! This isn't very suprising as they turned down the request for the song 'Whatever' to be on the Clueless soundtrack!
