I love the seasons in Oklahoma.
Fall
This is me in front of my apartment
on a nice warm Fall day. Notice
the
leaves and I had swept them
away just
a few minutes before. Fall in
Oklahoma
is leaf raking time. ugh.........
But I can watch the Squirrels
as they
are out gathering acorns and
storing
their food for Winter.
Winter
I am not as thrilled with
winter and
it's cold weather, as I used
to be as a kid,
but the snow is still so beautiful
when
it is coming down and making
the ground
and the barren trees so white.
I just
have to get out in it and throw
a
snowball or two even it it is
just
thrown in the air at nothing.
I usually
build a mini snowman too! lol
then go inside for hot chocolate!
Umm
good on a cold snowy day!
Spring
I love Spring with the beautiful
flowers blooming. Be it flowers
planted
in the park, yards or wildflowers
blooming along the roads and
in the
fields as I ride along on a
leisurely
Spring afternoon, doesn't matter,
they are so beautiful.
Summer
I love the long hot days
of Summer.
wading in the creek to cool
off on a
hot day or going for a swim
in the
beautiful lakes in Oklahoma.
Catching
lightening bugs as we call,
fireflies, on
a warm Summer night. Sitting
outside
and watching the stars in the
sky while
listening to the night sounds.
So
peaceful. I love it!
